Payment methods
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal and Apple Pay. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to then view all possible options.
All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
How can I apply my discount code?
The discount code can be redeemed on the payment page. Enter your code on the payment page and the discount code will be redeemed immediately.
Delivery time
What is the delivery time of my order?
- Once an order is placed, it is often processed within 1 working day. However, if you order on a Friday evening or on the weekend, it may take a little longer for your order to be processed.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 3 to 12 working days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have any concerns about the product you receive, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
Will I receive an order confirmation after my order?
Yes, after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains the order summary and the shipping address.
Where can I find my order number?
You will find your order number in the confirmation e-mail you received shortly after placing your order. This order number consists of a 4-digit #. (e.g. #0000)
I have entered incorrect address details, can they be changed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Didn't receive your order? That is annoying to hear! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. You will also receive an e-mail with a track and trace link to follow the parcel. Did you not receive this e-mail or is the status of your parcel unclear?
